Within the scope of this website and the appointment requests made through it, your personal data is processed by Selçuk Aker as data controller.

Identity data: first and last name.

Contact data: telephone number.

Other: the note about the subject of the meeting that you share when booking, if any.

Your personal data is processed in order to schedule and confirm appointment requests, to contact you and to hold the meeting you asked for.

So that appointment notifications can reach us over WhatsApp, your name, telephone number and appointment details are transferred to the notification service provider CallMeBot. This transfer is limited to the notification itself.

Your personal data is collected electronically through the appointment scheduling form on our website, on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: that processing "is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract" and that "processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject".

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to us to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it has been transferred; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request erasure or destruction if the grounds for processing no longer apply; request that correction and erasure be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to; object to a result reached to your detriment through analysis of the data solely by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
