A TEAM SHAPED AROUND THE WORK

As your workload grows, your requests still need a response.

A human team works behind the scenes under Selçuk Aker’s creative direction. Each new engagement includes a review of the expertise, responsibilities and production capacity required. The team expands during busy periods and contracts as needs reduce, while creative direction and communication remain consistent.

Development · reporting · data

Capacity planned at the outset

New client work is assessed alongside existing delivery schedules. Responsibilities and specialist support are planned from the start to keep work on track.

Additional expertise when needed

For a launch, campaign or increase in design requests, the human team expands around the work. The impact of additional scope on timing and budget is agreed before it begins.

Technology supporting coordination

AI and automation help the team with development, reporting and data tasks. Creative decisions, quality control and client communication remain human responsibilities.

When several assignments overlap, priorities and owners are made explicit. If a new requirement affects delivery, the plan is reviewed with you rather than leaving uncertainty until the deadline.

Media spend, printing and manufacturing, photography and filming, paid licences, extensive rebranding and custom software development are not automatically included. These can be scoped separately when needed.

Questions before we begin

What does the service cover?

Monthly creative direction, agreed design tasks and project tracking. We establish priorities, delivery scope and a schedule around your needs in the initial meeting.

How many designs are delivered each month?

A simple adaptation and an extensive presentation require different amounts of work. We build a practical plan around the tasks rather than promising unlimited quantities.

Does TRY 59,000 include VAT?

No. The monthly fee is TRY 59,000 plus VAT. Additional production costs and work outside the agreed scope are reviewed separately.

How are revisions handled?

Feedback is collected in one place and reviewed within the agreed creative direction. A new concept or additional deliverable leads to a joint review of the schedule and scope.

Are website development and advertising management included?

Agreed website visuals and ad designs can be produced. Development, advertising account management, media spend and extensive SEO work are evaluated separately.

How do we start or end the arrangement?

We first discuss your needs and suitability. The start date, payment schedule, duration and termination terms are agreed in the written proposal before work begins.
