What I deliver

Everything a brand needs to produce, all of it in one place.

You don't scatter across separate agencies and freelancers. Brand, design, content, web, SEO and advertising all run under the same memory and the same creative direction.

Eight areas, one agreement

Each area has its own page: scope, process, real work, limits and frequently asked questions. All of it runs in one team and one brand memory.

How the work runs

Four steps. The approval points are set out from the start, so there is no surprise invoice and no surprise delivery.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

We talk through what you want and I put what I will do in writing. No price comes out before the scope is clear; if it does, we both regret it later.

  2. 2

    First presentation

The first piece that sets a direction arrives. If you dislike it here we change course — a change at this stage is the cheapest one there is.

  3. 3

    Revision rounds

The number of rounds is written in the quote. The job does not close before they are used, and requests after they run out are discussed separately.

  4. 4

    Delivery

Source files and usage rights are yours. If a question comes up after delivery, it still gets an answer.

How long it takes

Ranges taken from real jobs. A bigger scope means a longer range, and the quote says which one you are in.

Logo and brand identity
3–5 weeks. Add a week at the start if brand strategy is included.
Website
4–8 weeks. Closer to the lower end if the content comes from you, the upper end if it comes from me.
Catalogue and brochure
2–4 weeks. Driven by the number of products and whether the photography already exists.
Promo video
3–6 weeks. With a shoot involved, the schedule also depends on weather and location.
Social media set
1–2 weeks. Once the monthly rhythm is set, production moves to a weekly cadence.
SaaS panel design
6–12 weeks. Driven by screen count and whether a design system already exists.

What you receive

Delivery is not sending a screenshot. Everything below is part of the job, not an extra.

Source files

Layered working files, the fonts used and any 3D sources.

Ready-to-use exports

Separate versions for print and screen, plus crops at social media sizes.

Usage rights

The rights to the work pass to you. I keep the right to show it in my own portfolio, and I will not even do that if you would rather I did not.

Usage guide

On identity work: how the logo is used, colour codes, type rules and what must not be done.

Once, or every month?

This work is done once. What follows is a different setup.

The above is project work: identity, a site, a catalogue, a campaign — a clear beginning and end, delivered and yours. But the work does not stop at delivery; content still has to flow, rankings still have to be watched, results still have to be measured. CreativeOS is the system that runs that side month to month. They are not alternatives: most companies have their identity made here and their routine set up there.

Full-service production capacity

Your needs aren't separate. Neither is the way I work.

You don't have to know exactly what you need.

First I look at your company, your goals and what you already have. We identify the real problem together, then I bring in the right team.
