Your appointment details are used to confirm the meeting, to remind you of it or to reschedule it if needed.
Your data is not used to send marketing emails or messages and is not sold to third parties.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
When a new appointment is created, that information is passed to a third-party notification service called CallMeBot so that it can send us a WhatsApp notification. Only the appointment date and time, your name and your telephone number are transferred to this service.
Beyond that, your personal data is not shared with any third party; it may only be shared with the competent authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.
4. Retention Period
Appointment records are kept for a reasonable period after the meeting has taken place and are deleted on request.
